Inspired by Josh Ma yesterday to share my experience in Barcalona with my friends, because I won´t tell people my experience in depth when I get back and people like him want to know the craziness of Barcalona. And it will be something for me to look at down the road.
Plus, Pau Gasol of the LA Lakers passed by me on a Wednesday night at Pipperment Bar in Barcalona, and we were drinking literally 10 feet from him. We were pretty much the only ones in the bar in a group of 10 till he and his posse showed up, including his younger brother who is 1 inch taller and plays for the Grizzlies Marc Gasol. He was with his Barcalona homies, who were huge too. Only thing was, he was trying to hide in the corner in the shadows of the corner table, but he was probably wasted to think logically where to sit. He chose the table right next to the hallway for the bathroom, and we all pretty much go to the bathroom just to look at him 2 feet away. He was hammered, definitely had security showing him the way out of the bar after 2 hours. Craziness! He is all over the news here and just won an NBA championship ring, pictures coming soon when I learn how to use a blog.
Ummm, I think I will try to recollect my senior year experiences in one blog entry and then continue on to my Barcalona experience.
Miss my friend´s and family from home and all the food from the bay area, but am glad I have many friends here and tried lots of new and wild things!
